How does self-check-in work in the practice software?

Patients can register independently using a QR code (e.g. via smartphone) or directly at the terminal in the practice. All relevant data (e.g. appointment, medical history form) is recorded digitally and automatically fed into the system - without any waiting times at reception. This significantly reduces administrative tasks and speeds up the entire process.

Can the self-check-in integrate medical history data?

Yes - patients can use the self-check-in to fill out a digital medical history form using a QR code before their appointment. The answers are automatically transferred to the system, including warnings and structured evaluation.

What are the advantages of self-check-in for the reception team?

Self-check-in significantly reduces the workload for reception staff - staff save valuable time, queues are shortened and patients can register independently. This leaves more room for personal care and more complex tasks.

How is data protection guaranteed during self-check-in?
